One-Click Bookmarking using List of Bookmarks
Introduction
The AutoBookmark™ plug-in provides an interactive tool for bookmarking PDF documents. The "Bookmark Current Page" Tool allows users to create a list of bookmark titles and use it to quickly bookmark pages. This is a time-saving tool for those cases when none of the automated bookmarking methods can be used. If a set of PDF documents need to be bookmarked with a common set of bookmarks, then this tool can provide a list of bookmarking "shortcuts". For example, if documents need to have similar bookmarks such as "Overview", "Description", "Summary" and etc., then use this tool to create a list of standard bookmarks. Double-clicking on the bookmark entry will automatically bookmark a current page with a selected title. There is no need to type a bookmark title or to specify bookmark's visual appearance. The bookmark is created automatically based on the pre-configured bookmark "template".
This tutorial shows how to bookmark pages using a list of bookmark "templates" with "Bookmark Current Page" Tool of the AutoBookmark™ plug-in.
The tutorial also shows how to pin the "Bookmark Current Page Tool" button on the Quick Tools bar.
